“He’s one of the most confident guitarists and singers you’ll ever hear and the strength in him has to be experienced to be fully appreciated. Sweetwater makes your average rocker sound like a folk singer in comparison and his magic is his ability to make anyone who hears him want to get up.”- Rock and Blues Muse

“If the aim of an artist is to grab the listener’s attention immediately, Sweetwater succeeds with this one.”- Glide Magazine

About Diesel Dirt & Spit: Vol 1

Recorded in Santa Ana, CA at Sound Asylum Studios, Diesel Dirt & Spit was recorded live in two 6-hour sessions. The songs offer up true gritty and dynamic Rock N Roll with a heavy bluesy edge. Harlis says of the music – “I’m proud that we did this one live with no overdubs. We simply pressed record and played our asses off. We then picked the best of the two or three takes of each song. It’s raunchy and raw and real. I allowed myself the freedom to throw my heart and soul into my guitar playing and singing by leaving in any imperfections, which I feel only added more would and vibe to the songs.”
Tracklist:
