When it inevitably comes to an end, you’re left wondering if it was ever worth it to begin with, but you can still experience cravings for the more wholesome periods of your time together. “You and Me,” taken from our album, Wentworth and Main (out September 10th), is about one of those relationships – one that has the velocity of atoms smashing in the Large Hadron Collider. We really focused on getting down to the roots of the song, stripping away the excess from the original bedroom demo. Steeping “You and Me” in overdrive and tape saturation gives it the raw power that such a description of a relationship needs.
