This iconic song was a big radio hit when we were little kids, but somehow managed to stay in our minds to this day. The lyrics still hold up and work with the current state of affairs. To us, the message of the song is something we already feel inside naturally, so covering it wasn’t too hard. Hear our cover of Duran Duran‘s “Ordinary World” through your streaming service of choice. We produced this song ourselves in Tal’s home studio. To our knowledge, “Ordinary World” was written about the death of a friend and the struggle to get back to normalcy after such a loss. We’ve felt like we’ve lost a part of ourselves in the last few years with the way things are in the world. We will need to learn how to survive in this new reality.
