HORSEBURNER On U.S. Fall Tour Supporting Recent ‘The Thief’  Album From Ripple Music
To forge ahead in the success of their sophomore full-length, ‘The Thief’, their debut album for RIPPLE MUSIC released this past August, West Virginia’s HORSEBURNER is scheduled to hit 23 cities in total for live dates. It started out in Cleveland, Ohio on November 1st, which will take HORSEBURNER through 16 states, including their first trek along the West coast, and winds its way back across the South before returning to Ohio on November 29th.

The band shared their excitement about the tour:

“We are so stoked to finally make our way out west. We’ve tried to get out that way the past three years and something has always gotten in the way, so we’re planning on bringing it extra hard to all these stages to make up for lost time. And we’re especially happy to be sharing a week on the west coast with our dudes in Worshipper, and also the mighty Zed for a handful of shows as well. It’s going to be incredible just to see these amazing bands and meet a whole bunch of new faces.“

HORSEBURNER‘s reaction to public response to ‘The Thief’:

“Everyone has been very kind and we really can’t adequately express our gratitude here in words, but we’re going to try anyway. We’ve definitely been humbled by the response to the new album. We put so much of ourselves into the making of the record, it’s just really comforting to know others have found something in the music, as well.”

Together since 2008, borne from the wild Appalachian green of West Virginia, HORSEBURNER has never cowered from hard toil. From their first live show performed, a first EP ‘Dirt City’ self-released in 2009, an initial tour in 2011, to a second EP 7” ‘Strange Giant’ in 2013, and right up to a debut full-length ‘Dead Seeds, Barren Soil’ in 2016, it’s all been DIY and self-released.

They’ve played hundreds of shows over the past decade, alongside such acts as Torche, Weedeater, Skeletonwitch, Goatwhore, Obituary, Corrosion of Conformity, The Obsessed, Karma to Burn, Prong, ASG, and Bell Witch. In 2017, the band altered their DIY stride with a reissue of their full-length through Hellmistress Records and reignited their flame with writing and recording new music during 2018.

In 2019, Horseburner has revved up their mission even further, both on the road and in the studio. After completing a sophomore full-length, their debut album with Ripple Music, ‘The Thief’ was released on August 9th, with back to back seasonal tours continuing throughout 2019 and beyond.
